Not that I haven't always been a strong advocate for suport of our military forces fighting overseas -- valiently giving time away from their families to keep us all safe from the threat of global terrorism -- but I am asking for special prayers for them now because my oldest brother Mike is leaving for duty in Iraq tomorrow.
He will be a communications officer, and hopefully will be in safe zones most of the time, but still please God keep him, and all our men and women safe.
